A little backstory of how I met Krista. I remember going through a long, difficult period when everything felt heavy and stagnant, as if nothing in my life was moving the way I hoped. In that stillness, I asked for guidance. A few months later, I met Krista. From that moment on, something within me began to shift more and more. A transformation I never thought was possible for me, yet one I had always quietly longed for. Gradually, little by little, my ego started to fall away. The things I once believed defined me, the goals I thought I wanted, no longer felt like mine.

All of it no longer felt aligned with who I was becoming and was always meant to be. My soul grew louder than ever before, and for the first time, I truly knew how to listen to it more. I started to meet myself in new ways and to see, accept, and even love the parts of me I used to overlook. Just embracing my own essence, without apology or comparison.

The journey has been anything but easy. There have been days that felt unbearable, moments when I questioned everything. But in those very moments I’ve found my greatest breakthroughs, leading me toward a deeper, truer version of myself. And I´m always so grateful to Krista for sharing her light with me and opening doors I never knew could exist for me.
